How long will my project take?
The timetable of a project is typically dictated by the client and the complexity of the project itself. If you have a specific deadline, please, let us know and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
How much does it cost?
Costs of graphic design or programming vary depending on the specifics that you require. By filling out our quote form, we can provide you with a customized bid to answer all of your cost related questions.
Do you take payments?
Absolutely! We typically require a down payment to begin work. We can then set up a payment plan that will work with your budget.
Do we have to meet face to face in order to work together?
No. We can and have worked with people all over the world. We utilize every method we can to keep the doors of communication wide open. Email, telephone, messenger services. And yea, we’ll meet with ya face to face too, we’ll even buy the coffee!
How will I receive my design project once it is completed?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you by email, FTP, or CD. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy. We will keep this record on file for 5 years.
Who owns the copyright for work JW Design Center has done for me?
The copyrights to your project are yours pending the receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any of our work for our own promotional pieces.
